Chandana is a 500 HR YTT (yoga teacher training) and fascial fitness instructor with a passion for helping people discover joy in movement. Through movement and breathing, Chandana helps her students learn to move their bodies in ways that help them improve their quality of living. An engineer by training and a technology analyst, Chandana brings an analytical approach to her practice, always looking for ways to improve herself and help her students.

Chandana practices Hatha yoga, focused on slower movements and intentional breathing to improve strength and gain flexibility. She is very grateful to her Yoga mentors and teachers for helping her find her passion in spreading the joy of yoga.
